Our sister company Air Manage Suffolk manages holiday homes across the Suffolk coast on airbnb (the global holiday letting platform) which means we combine our resources to provide buyers with precise market knowledge and a turn-key solution if they want to holiday let their property after they have purchased it.

As far as selling is concerned, our defined nature as an estate agent means that we attract a considerable number of motivated and focused buyers who know precisely what they are looking for.  This means that we effectively act as a matchmaker - matching a property with a buyer, and concluding a sale with speed, efficiency and a minimal amount of fuss.
